Important Information
All items in the online shop are photographed and described as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Items are available until stocks sell out.
We reserve the right:
- to cancel any order, at which time - we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
- to accept orders subject to availability of stock.
- to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
Returning and Exchanging items
This policy only applies to goods purchased through our on-line store. In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with packaging and all labels attached.
- Items must not have been worn or used.
To obtain a refund, please return the item including the receipt (that you received with your parcel), your contact details and indicate the reason for the return.

We will credit your credit card, excluding delivery, or we can issue you with a credit towards future purchases if you choose. We cannot refund delivery charges on delivery and return of goods unless goods are faulty or not as ordered.
You can also exchange or return your on-line order in person to Osborne+Grace Gallery at the Marina Mirage.
Delivery Information
Jewellery
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock please allow 3 working days delivery within Australia. Bouvier jewellery not currently in stock is made to order, and is usually shipped within 2 weeks. If delays are anticipated we will contact you before processing your transaction.
Delivery of jewellery orders placed on-line is complimentary. We deliver by Express Post Platinum - Australia Post's premium delivery service. Delivery is by Australia Post courier and a signature is required on delivery. Australia Post guarantees delivery by 12.00 midday next business day to businesses addresses and home delivery by 5.00pm next business day, over the routes specified in the published service network, provided the satchel is posted on a business day Monday to Friday. The guaranteed "overnight to business addresses" network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and some outer metropolitan areas) and a number of provincial centres. Beyond these networks the fastest possible delivery, using normal Australia Post operations, is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.
Antiques and the Arts
Packing and delivery for antiques, art and decorative arts is determined in on an individual basis, taking into account the destination, type and size of the item and your requirements. Methods may include Australia Post, courier or specialist carrier depending on the nature of the item. We will contact you after you have placed your order to finalise the delivery method and calculate delivery charges payable.
You are welcome to contact us in advance to discuss delivery options for particular items.
Insurance
We recommend you consider taking out insurance on the delivery of valuable or fragile items.
